Europe Scholarships
As long-term funding partner of the initiatives GFPS e.V. and Copernicus e.V., the ZEIT STIFTUNG BUCERIUS supports study abroad in Germany. This project addresses in particular students from Central and Eastern Europe and currently includes two scholarship programs.

GFPS-Scholarships for Ukrainian and Belarusian students
- In partnership with GFPS e.V.
- Monthly scholarships for one-semester stays at a public German university
- Mentoring and support from local GFPS groupsFree participation in two academic and cultural seminars at the beginning and end of the semester

Copernicus Scholarships in Hamburg
- In partnership with Copernicus e.V.
- Scholarships support students from Eastern, Central, and South-Eastern Europe who undertake a program of study in Hamburg
- Monthly scholarships fund a one-semester academic stay at the University of Hamburg, followed by a professional internship
- Students live with local host families, fostering cultural exchange
- Fellows are warmly invited to take active part in the life of the organization
